After honing his craft for 26 years at the renowned "Sushigin" (founded in 1970), Chef Nakazawa opened his own establishment at the same location following the sudden passing of his predecessor.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality, we begin preparing our seasonal ingredients several days in advance of your reservation. Accordingly, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Please note: Cancellation periods are calculated based on business days (excluding scheduled holidays).
- 2 to 4 days prior: 50% of the course fee
- 1 day prior or on the day: 100% of the course fee
